So how do I get backlinks to my Florida for sale by owner blog and strengthen the authority of my online presence?

To simplify the backlinking process you are going to sign up for a few free accounts at Squidoo.com, Hubpages.com and Wordpress.com. Follow the same process as my post on flat fee MLS and blogging.

Create a Squidoo Lens…Write a 500 to 600 word article about your home, community and any selling features you can think of. The title of your article and keywords should be themed around your real estate or in other words they should be the same as what potential buyers would type in the search engines to find your property. You will want to create two anchor text links in your article leading back to your blog! Squidoo.com has simple instructions on their site for creating a link using achor text. Just remember that your anchor text should be your keyword.

Follow the same Squidoo procedure and write an article on Hubpages.com and Wordpress.com.
